Crawford Roof Maintenance Service Company was founded in 1981 to provide professional roof and exterior building maintenance for industrial, commercial, and institutional clients. We presently maintain over 36 million square feet of various roof systems throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, greater Milwaukee area, and Northwest Indiana.

We specialize in maintenance and repair on all low-sloped roof systems. Our Mission: Extend the serviceable life of your roof and exterior building envelope. We do not replace roofs, therefore, you will never be pressured into replacing a roof - - when a professional maintenance program can be utilized to extend its serviceable life. Our expertise extends beyond the roof to include the entire exterior building envelope, enabling us to identify moisture or leakage problems that might erroneously be attributed to the roof but in actuality originate at another point in the external building structure.

Crawford Roof Maintenance Service Company puts an emphasis on workplace safety. We conduct regular safety meetings, job site tool box talks and our superintendent and foremen have completed the OSHA 10 hour safety course.
