Application of a reflective roof coating will extend the serviceable life of the membrane and flashings as well as reflect ultraviolet rays which will reduce surface temperatures reducing energy consumption

Plastic cement repairs are temporary and will have a short life.
Exposed membranes deteriorate at an accelerated rate due to the ultraviolet rays and other weather conditions. Good roofing practice dictates that permanent materials be used which are compatible with the existing system. The gravel surfacing should be redistributed over the membranes to protect them after repairs are completed. Does your roofing contractor leave your roof exposed to further deterioration?
